Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q How long is the Lifetime Warranty really good for?

The Lifetime Warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle – for an unlimited time, unlimited miles.

  • Q Can I get the Lifetime Warranty at another dealer in the area?

No. Certain dealerships have been chosen in select areas to offer this Lifetime Warranty.

  • Q How much will it cost?

Zero. We’re trying to build “Customers for Life” so the Lifetime Warranty comes standard with every qualifying vehicle meeting the criteria above and is included at no extra charge.

  • Q Is there any extra maintenance required to maintain the warranty?

No. You must simply follow the Manufacturer’s Required Maintenance as referred to in the owner’s manual and retain copies of all services.

  • Q Do I have to have all of my service completed at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle?

No. While our dealer partners’ service departments will undoubtedly surpass your expectations, all you need to do to maintain your warranty is perform the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance and keep your records. It’s that easy!

  • Q Where am I covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

Anywhere in the USA or Canada.
